These photos were all taken on Mormon Row in the Tetons. We were lucky to get a beautiful clear day on the first try. On the second it had snowed in the mountains and the clouds were low, but we had to go back and get the iconic Teton barn we missed the first time around. 🙂
Thanks to Cee for another Fun Foto Challenge!
The fun in these challenges is looking at subjects I wouldn’t ordinarily look at. I really wanted to find a pile of old keys, so I went looking in my local antique shops. One day I just snapped some pictures of various knobs. I felt like I should have asked. The next time I asked and the shop owner looked at me like I was crazy and reluctantly agreed, though that shop turned out to be too dark for non-flash photography. Walking around town yielded a couple of decent shots. Here are my selections:
I liked this cute knob on a cabinet full of stamps
I like the backlighting in this one
Not a stunning lock, but I liked the lines it formed hanging on the chain link fence
I liked the colors here
Something about this giant chain appealed to me
Thanks for the fun, Cee!
